工作描述: 岗位概述 Position summary 品质保证部门全盘管理 Manage the quality department 岗位职责Responsibilities 1)拟定品质方针并对部门目标进行管理 Draft quality Policy and manger annual target 2)确认月度个人目标达成状况,并进行推进。 Confirm monthly personnel targets achievement and push the corrective actions 3)客户品质状况的内部展开 Communicate the customer quality evaluation 4) 向总经理提交日报以及确认担当人员的日报 Apply the daily report to general manger and confirm the personnel daily report 5)现场巡回,处理异常。 Check on-site and deal with the abnormal condition 6)供应商品质改善和公司工程内部品质改善。 Suppliers management(new projects and mass-production quality improvement) and internal quality improvement(daily quality meeting and deal with the abnormal conditions) 7)内部评审活动和管理评价活动 Internal audit action and management evaluation action
职位要求: 任职要求Job Requirements : (1)教育水平Education: 本科学历,30-40岁,性别不限。 (2)工作经验Experience: 7年以上工作经验。 Over eight-year work experience at quality management. (3)专业要求Major in: (4)技能要求Skills: 有丰富的客户和供应商对应经验Abundant experience in customer handle and suppliers handle,了解ISO/TS16949 Understanding the ISO/TS16949; 熟悉各种品质管理方法(APQP/FEMA等工具) Know quality management methods。熟练操作计算机办公软件Familiar with computer office software. (5)外语要求Foreign Language: 英文熟练(商务水平),懂日语尤佳(不懂也可)。 Fluent English (business level) Japanese is a plus. (6)其他要求(Other requirements) 责任心强能承受压力Can work under press and responsibility; 有较强的团队管理能力和领导力,良好的人际沟通技巧,以及分析和解决问题的能力. High level of team management and leadership skills. Good communication skill , analysis and solving problem skills.
