工作描述： 1、Part of WGZ management team, responsible for Production plan/Logistics Management/MFG system projects/issues reporting & negotiation； 2、Manage and control the overall production plan; 3、Responsible for the overall warehouse & shipping management; 4、Co-operate with Business & PM team to follow the new projects in healthy situation and at good performance; 5、Make and control budget; 6、Team lead and development: hire, train, motivate and develop the team in order to increase team competencies。 7. make and control budget.
职位要求： 1、college degree or above，Fluent English (business level); 2、Over six-year work experience at logistics & Production Material Control)， Have manufacturing company experience, give priority to auto parts company experience or plastic company experience. 3、Have the experience on ERP system projects and operation; 4、High level of team management and leadership skills. Good communication skill , analysis and solving problem skills。
