岗位概述 Position summary 项目管理员负责新项目立项开始到量产的过程管理，涉及公司内部及公司外部的系列协调工作PM is responsible for the process management from Initiation to MP of the new project, internal and external coordination related to project.

工作描述： 岗位职责Responsibilities 1. 新项目立项开始到量产的过程管理。包括对客户产品规格的确认，项目成本的调查管理，图纸的出图管理以及打印、发布，各阶段试作品的试作的协调，问题点反省等； Process management of new project from acquisition to MP, includes confirmation on customer spec, project cost investigation and management, drawing releasing schedule management and drawing print, distribution. Trial build coordination and issue review in each stage. 2. 各项目的ANPQP资料的作成以及收集，提交给客户； Each projects’ ANPQP data collection, combination and documents submission to customer 3. 对于量产项目的管理。包括为对应客户及社内变更需做的试作及对客户的沟通； MP project management, including Trail build arrangement for any change caused by internal and customer, communication with customer 4. 成本降低小组管理。成本低减方案的提出，计划日程作成，跟进，以及目标达成管理； Cost-down management, includes cost down team management, VA/VE proposal, schedule come out, status follow up and target achievement management 5. 各项试作计划书的发布，试作计划书实施内容跟进，出货的确认（特别是WJC出货） Trail build plan release, build plan implementation status follow up, shipment confirmation(especially for shipment to WJC) 6. 与WJC试验和开发的联络，开发、试验及项目相关的统筹管理。 Communicate with WJC R&D and test department, overall management on project development, testing and related 7. 协作业务Gr.对应客户的技术交流中相关资料 Support sales department for the related data in the technical communication process with customer 8. 协同采购，品证Gr.对供应商的产品开发的管理（新供应商的选定） Co-work with buyer and QA team to manage supplier’s product development process(including new supplier’s designation
职位要求： 任职要求Job Requirements : (1) 教育水平Education:本科以上,23~35岁。 Bachelor Degree or above (2) 工作经验Experience:3年以上汽车行业相关工作经验。 More than 3 years’ experience in automotive industry at PM Group (3) 专业要求Major in:机械类或电子工科优先 Mechanics or Electronics is porfer. (4) 技能要求Skills: 了解APQP/PPAP管理工具 Well know APQP/PPAP management tooling. 有很好的报告展示技巧Excellent reporting and presentation skills 了解APQP,PPAP等品质管理工具。Know quality management methods(APQP,PPAP). 熟练使用办公软件Master the operation of office Software. (5)外语要求Foreign Language: 日语或英语口语熟练； Fluent Japanese or English； (6)其他要求（Other requirements） 能在压力下工作，有团队合作精神；耐心，细心 很好的沟通技巧，及协调能力 Team work spirit, can work under great pressure. Patient and detail oriented. Good communication skills and coordination capability.
