职位：Position Title 生技主管（增员，10K~14K左右） 直接上级Report to 生技经理
(工作地点：湖北襄阳
工作描述： 岗位概述 Position summary 负责制造部门日常业务管理，以工程改善为中心进行业务拓展 Responsible for the regular business management of prod. Group(Production management/Production Engineering), improve the business level base on the process improvement required. 岗位职责Responsibilities
1． 参与部门业务目标（节拍改善/设备故障率/设备稼动率等）作成，负责业务目标推进。 Participate Group yearly Target releasing, such as improve takt, facilities’ failure rate, Engineering level improvement etc. Responsible for these targets pushing.
2． 新产品设备导入日程管理，处理导入时各类问题。 Lead new product equipment introduction, deal with problems during new equipment installation progress.
3． PU成型、组装生产线新产品的试做日程及相关的问题点处理。 Managing for trial – produce of PU and assembly line, deal with the problems.
4． 设备的日常定期保养维护及故障的排除。 Follow up routine preventive maintenance and trouble shooting.
5． 工艺分析及生产中技术问题的分析处理。 Process analysis, technical problem analysis and solving.
6． 与其他相关部门业务沟通与联络 Communication with related department and external company
职位要求： 1) 教育水平Education: 本科以上学历 Bachelor’s degree or above.
(2) 工作经验Experience: 5年以上相关工作经验。 Over five-year work experience at production management.
(3) 专业要求Major in: 机械制造、电气、工程、等相关工科专业 Engineering major is preferred.
(4) 技能要求Skills: 熟悉制造管理，生产工艺，现场改善；熟悉PLC编程技巧 熟悉工艺改善（IE） 了解APQP,PPAP等品质管理工具 熟练操作计算机办公软件
Similar with production management / production process/ process improvement； Similar with PLC skills; Similar with IE skills； Know quality management methods. Familiar with computer office software.
(5)外语要求Foreign Language: 英文熟练(会话水平)，懂日语优先。 Fluent English (conversation level)
(6)其他要求（Other requirements） 有较强的团队管理能力和领导力，良好的人际沟通技巧，以及分析和解决问题的能力. High level of team management and leadership skills. Good communication skill , analysis and solving problem skills.
